Kaki Ayams Beware!

Ever wonder what harm does your flip-flops can cause? No no... besides killing cockroaches..~ & have you ever wonder what are the consequences of not wearing anything (kaki ayam/barefoot) to go out too? No no... besides stepping on animal droppings..~ Alright.. read this:

"Specialists say that wearing open-toed footwear can increase the chance of getting lesions as the skin becomes exposed to intense sunlight, a key cause of skin tumours, or melanomas" (Khan, 2008).

It is deadly to wear flip-flops/barefoot out in Malaysia since it's 24/7 summer here..

Look at what my flip-flop done to my foot! You can see the shape that it covers only.. I'm so exposed! Haha.. actually I'm wearing shoes more often than slippers nowadays =D

That is why put on some sunblock before you go out! Hmm.. SPF65.. Got this because of the penguins I think?~ LOL! Actually for normal people, SPF30 is already more than enough =X

Italiannies ~ Italian-nice

Another update - yeah! Since I'm quite free today, I decided to post up things xD This time it would be in 1 Utama's Italiannies..

First & for most, the environment is.. well.. if you don't like classical music.. I reckon.. you will fall asleep LOL! Aside from that, the lighting also plays a part in making you feel sleepy =D

If you like sour drinks, you gotta try this ==

Pizza for 2 3! Italiannise serves complimentary bread b4 the pizza arrive.. 1 pizza is enough to fill 3 of us..

..but.. I was ordered another dish LOL.. the portion of this spaghetti is so large that it can fill 2 person's stomach.. luckily my appetite allows me to finish it.. xD the chicken served together with the spaghetti is good :)

Alright.. this is just another food log.. For me, Italiannise was great in terms of the portion & taste of the food.. I will definitely return only for some special occasions.. I think it's time for me to start doing my assignments zZz...

Total Randomness in Life..

Alright.. problems after problems I've encounter in these few months during my summer course had taught me something! We must take one step at a time :) Don't ignore or rushing through it.. just slowly complete a task over another! It will make life easier!

Enough for the philosophical thought xD .. It's the 6th of January and I have returned back the wimax modem to P1.. It was really troublesome getting there (cost me RM14 for the taxi) and returning back (RM1 for the bus).. total sweatness!! it was raining heavily some more.. it's a very bad day.. but..

I managed to witness another rainbow in the dark cloud of the sky.. :) Beautiful isn't it?

Another torture of a phone owned by me must suffer!! xD That's how I'm writing this now =P (If you don't get what I'm saying, please don't~ I can't control my itchy nasty little fingers!)

Time flies.. In a blink of an eye it's 2009 already! The last thing I remembered doing was my assignments == So.. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year 2009!

Since I was having trouble with P1 Wimax weak signal after I move in into my new place, I dunno when I can get to update my blog again.. Sometimes can online lah~ but the line is very unstable.. Currently, I'm *borrowing* other people's connection to online =P Well, P1 Wimax's promotion ended 31st December.. So I'm subscribing you too! 88 u '08 stuff! Till then, over & out! ;)
